At Legacy Rehabilitation Group, our number one priority is the safety of our patients, staff, and community. We are continuing to closely monitor the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We are gathering up-to-date information from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).
We will continue to keep our clinic open to patients by appointment.
In an effort to keep everyone safe, however, we ask any patient that is experiencing flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath) to call to reschedule your appointment for a later date. We also ask that if you have traveled internationally within the last two week to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
We are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of anyone entering our clinic, including patients, families, and staff. If you have questions regarding your appointment please call 763-267-6654.
The steps to protect yourself from the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) are generally the same as those for the flu:
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
- Avoid close contact with sick people.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or your elbow.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a household cleaning spray or wipe.
For information on prevention, symptoms and what to do if you’re feeling sick, please call the Minnesota Department of Health COVID-19 Hotline at 651-201-3920.
